Return & Refund Policy

We offer a limited return policy.
You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds (No Replacements or Exchanges)
We do not offer replacements or exchanges.

If your request is approved, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval of the return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, claims may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • used or worn items

  • items without original packaging

  • sale or discounted items

  • gift cards

  • personal care products

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
